After working for a whole day 2day, i finally realised '' qian zhen de bu rong yi zhuan''. I reached The Black Sheep Cafe at 11am and started working straight away. Being a waitress meant that you have to be on your feet for a long period of time. Took orders, serve, set tables, clear the plates, wash up, dry the dishes, and preparing drinks and helping out for preparation of the ingrediants. Had my experience during the lunch hour where i observed the process and what i am supposed to do as a waitress. CS came at about 3pm and we went for lunch 1st before going back to the cafe.
The next shift was the dinner shift whereby a lot more pp came streaming into the restaurant. We had to open up 3 more tables outside and even so, we had to turn away many other pp as we were all fully booked...i did more of the clearing and drying and a bit of serving. CS did all of the washing up tonight as he did not have much experience to serve and had nth to do as well...he said he did more washing up 2day alone den compared to his whole life when he had to wash up hahas xD
Well... ended our shift at 9pm and we left the cafe....went to 7-eleven to grab a drink( thks for the treat CS =] ) and walked to ocbc/sim lim tower to meet CH...CS went off to bugis mrt and we took the bus home. Finally, wanna say thks to CH for seeing me home and checking the directory on how to go there...otherwise i wouldn't know how to go back from there at all...hahas thks! =)
