Today was pretty great except for the part where i overslept.
Wanted to go for GB at 8am since it's the last parade till late oct.
Set my alarm for 6am. Woke up at 4, sleep again. Woke up again at 5.15, went back to sleep.
Woke up yet again. It's 8.30. O.O!!!
No choice, went at 10 again.
Went for work in the afternoon and it was pretty fufilling this time.
Was posted to Waterworks (open and closed), Ular-lah, and Skyrider.
Waterworks was pretty alright, except that the closed slide is taxing bcoz i have to keep an eye on the guests, the slide, the camera, and the complicated walkie talkie which i've never used before, but is required to.
Rotated to Ular-lah next and it was my fav :D
Firstly bcoz i was ambushed with multiple splashes by Joe once i stepped inside and got totally drenched. Secondly, well, it's actually pretty fun once you get wet and start splashing everybody xDD
It was pretty tiring though. I had to pull the heavy raft to the water and push it down with 6 people in it. EXTREMELY HEAVY.
Skyrider next. This was the most manageable station ever.
Just tell the guests to buckle up, wait, cycle and don't break the rules, and finish.
However, used my whistle loads as some guys just kept breaking some rules on the trail.
Tiring part was the pushing of the 7 carts to the front.
Overall, enjoyed myself, learnt code words and how to use the WT, made new friends and had truckloads of fun
