Went for class early this morning and we did the normal BM items. However, instead of doing the 1st part first and switching over, we had to do all the 3 parts before being allowed to switch over with our partners. Due to a drop in our timings, Coach Daryl made us do 8 laps of sprints. Bleahs...it was murder xP
Reason being the usual routine was Sprint-once-rest-once. It means that if we pass the timing given to us, we get to rest for the next set. This time, however, if we do not pass the timing, we get 20 push-ups per lap. Thankfully, i managed to keep close to 1.52-2mins. But it was tiring..
Ending on a happier note, thanks to Zen, we finally managed to take a group photo of the lifesaving team plus coach. But Aloysius, Clarence, and Jonathan went back earlier so they were not in the photo. But Zen said we'll take a complete one next time =)
