It's nice to have reassurance and comforting words when you're feeling down.
When you're having a short fuse and a friend is there to cheer you up. Or at least doing his/her best.

Telling you that he/she is going to be able to remove that fuse from the plug permanently,
and change it to a double-insulated plug instead.
