Yay I'm finally able to have a little bit of time to write about my Bdae.
However, I'm really tired from my duties in YOG + being sick + sleep deprived, so I'll summarize the days' happening :)
16th Aug
Had YOG duty so I was at YOV the entire day and ended quite late as well.
However, the day ended well as I returned home at 11+pm to find Pam and Jasper sitting below my block with 2 slices of cake, cards, and a present.
Haha...was quite surprised and pleased. Sat and chatted till after Midnight as they said they wanted to wait till it was offically my bdae! haha so sweet.

17th
Woke up at 11am today as my dear 2C'06 clique planned to celebrate my Bdae at Marina Barrage and my "twin" Wan Ling wanted to drop by my place first as she hasn't been here since we were Sec 2, so I agreed.
Surprisingly, she showed up with Jia Qian and Shirlene. Haa...they came in and I went to shower and prepare while they watch TV. Finished preparing and was packing my bag in my room when I heard the doorbell rang.
I ignored it as I thought it was JY back from school and asked JW to open it for my sister. (or so i thought).
Went back to packing when suddenly, I heard them singing "Happy Birthday".
Turned around and the whole clique was in my room, holding a cake. Turns out that that was another surprise, the guys to show up as well with my cake, the picnic stuff and present.
Haha...got a big shock but it was a pleasant one as well.
Hung around my place for a while before heading out to Marina Barrage.
We had a picnic and I was surprised again as it was the GUYS who prepared everything for the picnic and bought the food. Haha..they usually push these stuff to the girls so you can imagine why I was surprised.
We played Monopoly Deal and was just starting on our picnic when it rained so we shifted all our mats and stuff to a nearby sheltered area. 2 guys went to buy a kite, took super long, and returned with an expensive, and huge red kite in the shape of a "Sotong". Hahaha...so adorable.
We all took turns trying to fly it though it wasn't that easy in the beginning. A epic snapshot of me was taken when I responded to the sudden fall of our kite in the sky and it was uploaded in FB. -.-"
Was really quite funny though so I left it tagged. Haa...
There was another instance whereby the kite really kept falling gradually and it was heading towards the sea so everyone kept screaming "REEL IT IN!! REEL IT IN!! OMG!! IT'S FALLING INTO THE SEA!! REEL IT INNN!!!!!!!!!!"
Poor Chang Sheng was desperately trying to reel in the string while the rest of us grabbed hold of the string and pulled it in. Finally, together with the help of a professional kite flyer nearby with gloves on, we managed to save our Sotong! =D
Stayed at Barrage till 6plus before heading to Marina Square's Just Acia for dinner before heading back early as I have YOG duty early in the morning the next day.
Finally, just like to thank my dearest 2C'06 clique for organising everything and for the surprises.
You guys are the best and it's wonderful that we have stayed together for 6 years =)
