Went to watch Madagascar : Escape 2 Africa with my sisters at TM today. Omg i'm never bringing JY out with me again...she behaved like a little monster throughout the whole journey. Anyway, we went into hall 5 at 1435 armed with nachos, salted popcorn (our fav =)), and ice lemon tea. Started munching on the snacks while we wait for the movie to start. However, even before the movie began, the nachos, half a cup of ILT, and half a container of popcorn were gone ='( thanks to JY again.

Halfway through the movie, just when Melmen was about to try and plunge down into the boiling lava, the movie halted and the screen went blank. Surprised looks were obvious on everybody's faces and we all turned to look at what had happened. At that very moment, I suddenly felt as though I was at home watching a DVD and the time came for me to change it to disc 2. Sure enough, the disc was not changed. However, things were handled quickly and the movie soon resumed. We all though nothing more about it until the movie ended and 2 ushers came to the exit and started handling complimentary passes to everyone while apologizing for the earlier mistake.

We left still feeling surprised but delighted. Went home later only to have the current feeling crushed when i realised that JY had finished half a tub of the ice-cream i bought the previous night. *heart broken* It was bought with my salary and it was meant to treat my family. As a result, the rest of us finished the remaining amount and made her wash the tub grumbling away.
A fair enough punishment though. Anyway, i'll end off with a picture of my complimentary pass!! =D
