Cognitive lesson today with a new twist.
Our faci decided to have a debate session regarding today's problem statement.
It was to be the girls vs the guys. I got volunteered by Jamie bestie and i had no idea how to debate...but decided to go along for fun.
The teams were to be :
Girls : Jamie, Coreen, Natasha, Claudia, Melissa and I
Guys : Rufus, Daniel, Benedict, Amirul, Stefanus, and Jake.
It turned out to be pretty stressful during the team discussion as all of us were first timers at this exercise and were pretty clueless, not to mention the fact that we were against a pretty strong and confident team. We got into some conflicts and almost everyone ended up feeling pretty pissed.
But things started getting pretty interesting once we started debating and it was actually pretty fun. Contradictions started flying across the room with our faci and the rest of W47A being the judges. We ended the debate 45 mins later and there was no winning teams.
However, there was a selection of the top 3 debaters and there were, Jake, Amirul, and me. Quite a surprise for me as i thought it was going to be Claudia as she debated very intensively.

Ended the day with Science UT, and i thought the paper was quite alright. Hope the results prove me right!
